We are now entering a growth phase in Norway and are looking for a commercially minded Sales Consultant to help strengthen our position in the market. This is a hands-on role, especially in the beginning, where you will work broadly across sales, customer follow-up and selected development tasks.
The Role
Our goal is to increase profitability through growth in both existing and new customers. In this role, you will work actively with the market, support ongoing customer needs and contribute to strengthening our commercial foundation.
Sales & Customer Development
- Identify, approach and convert new customers
- Increase revenue from existing customers
- Work towards agreed sales targets
Business Development & Support Tasks
- Early in the role, it will be a mix of operational and commercial tasks
- Support development of new products, services and sales initiatives
- Contribute to simple analyses, customer insights and market activities
- Help shape value-adding services such as webinars and courses
Sales Culture, Internal Collaboration & Leadership
- Contribute to a professional, modern and customer-focused sales culture
- Work closely with colleagues to improve processes and customer experience
- Opportunity for expanded responsibilities over time as the organization grows
Marketing Collaboration
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Ensure alignment between sales activities and marketing
- Support the marketing team during 2026
Qualifications
- Certified Dental Technician
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in economics, sales or marketing
- 5–10 years of experience from commercial or customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of the Norwegian dental market is an advantage
- Experience with structured sales and business development is beneficial
Personal Qualities
- Commercial mindset with focus on results and customer value
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English
- Structured, proactive and reliable in execution
- Warm, trustworthy and relationship-oriented
- Curious, open to new approaches and motivated by continuous improvement
